IP Protocol Status - Active
ISO-IP was standardized by ISO as ISO 8473 in the 1980s, and is obsolete for general use, though CLNP-based IS-IS routing still runs over it in some ISP cores.
IP Protocol Network Policy
ISO-IP still carries ISO CLNP traffic underlying IS-IS routing in some ISP and telecom cores, and is only relevant to networks running that legacy OSI-based infrastructure.
